  27. Serial numbers??  Hmm, I don't think so, all my UK/Euro C64's have violently
  28. conflicting numbers so I doubt theres an easy way to spot them from that.
  29. The odds of finding a PAL unit in the US are low (I know a lot of people
  30. reading have them, but I doubt that they would sell!)

  32. The only way I know of (correct me if I'm wrong!) is to power the bugger up
  33. and see how it responds or to check the revision of the VIC chip.

  38. Yep, just yank the Vic and swap it for a PAL one.  Thats all I did to get
  39. an NTSC machine!  Check your TV/monitor can take a 50hz signal first tho!
